JVZoo is a popular platform for both vendors and affiliates in the internet marketing space. Vendors can sell their products and affiliates can promote them once they are approved by the vendor. So far, so good, as they say.
I don’t know the exact ratio of affiliates to vendors but I think it’s fair to say that there are a lot more affiliates than there are vendors with over 800,000 affiliates registered with JVZoo (yikes!). When you’re starting out it’s far more likely you’re going to be an affiliate marketing products created by vendors.
Many of those affiliates will never become vendors so affiliate marketing is the be-all and end-all as far as earning money online in that scenario. I’ve been there and worn the t-shirt so it’s a subject close to my heart.
One thing all affiliates want and need is to get paid without jumping through a bunch of hoops just to see some money end up in their account after they’ve made some affiliate commissions that have cleared.
After all, people aren’t becoming affiliates because they want to work for free. Bread still needs to end up on the table and the wheels have to be greased to keep everything turning.
The last time I checked there weren’t that many payment options for affiliates at JVZoo. Looking at it today (13th January 2025) it appears the payment options are Payoneer, Trolley and one other I’ll talk about in just a minute. Now I’ve used Payoneer and that works fine. I’ve never used Trolley so I have no opinion on that but when I logged into JVZoo earlier I could see that Wise is now a payment option.
I don’t know when they added Wise but it’s great. The fees are low and everything is seamless with Wise. If you’re a JVZoo affiliate and you don’t know about this, I recommend checking it out and considering Wise as a preferred payment option because it really is super easy and convenient. When you withdraw from Wise it lands in your bank account in a matter of seconds. You might say it’s faster than Usain Bolt chasing after someone that has nicked his chicken nuggets (then again, you may not say that at all. I’ll get my coat).
You can set it up so the payment threshold automates payment to your Wise account at the minimum cleared earnings figure which is $50 at the time of writing.
I could say something corny like “You’re Wise if you choose Wise” but I’m not going to say that. I’m just going to say I have used Wise and it’s a great option for getting paid as an affiliate (and also in general).
